The All Tasks section on the dashboard provides a firm-wide view of tasks. This section is the same for all firm employees. The All Tasks section displays these subsections: To Be Picked Up, To Be Mailed, To Be Delivered, Onboardings in Progress, Meeting Requests, Out for SIgnature, Information Requests, For Review, and Open Invitations
To Be Picked Up, To Be Mailed, and To Be Delivered tasks fall under the Manage To Go Items task type. To Go tasks organize physical document delivery throughout receptionist type work and document delivery. To Be Picked Up tasks are for documents that are in the office for pick up; To Be Mailed tasks are for documents that are to be mail; To Be Delivered tasks are for documents that are mailed and on the way to the client.
Keeping track of these items in Liscio allows everyone in your firm to be aware of what documents are waiting at the front desk and makes it easier for the front desk employee to contact the clients who have items for pickup, mail, and delivery.
Onboardings in Progress tracks all onboarding tasks outstanding with clients.
Meeting Requests are tasks sent from the client to the firm. The client selects an employee to
request a meeting with, and the client can include a personalized message.
Out for Signature tracks the Request a Signature tasks outstanding with clients. Here, all outstanding Request a Signature tasks are organized and accessible.
Information Requests are tasks that that request specific information from the client such as a photo of their driver’s license. Here, all outstanding Request Information tasks are organized and accessible.
For Review tracks all employees My Review tasks. For Review provides a firm wide view of all completed tasks yet to be reviewed.
Open Invitations tracks the number of delivered invitations yet to be accepted by the client.
