To add a Contact relationship to an Account -
- Go to Accounts on your dashboard.
- Use the search bar to find the Account and click on the Account.
- Once on the Account, click on the Relationships tab.
- Click ‘Add Relationship’.
- Select a Relationship from the Drop-down.
- Choose Select Existing Contact OR choose to Create New Contact.
- If you choose Select Existing Contact, a pop-up window appears and allows you to search for a specific Contact. Once found, click Submit. The existing Contact’s information auto-populates. If everything looks good, click Save.
- If you choose to Create New Contact, a form opens for the Contact’s basic information.
- Fill out the form and click Save.
To view the created Relationship, go to Relationships tab on the Contacts or Accounts page.
