All tasks associated with a Contact save whether they are open, in review, or completed.
To see a Contact's Completed Task history -
- Navigate to to the Contacts page.
- Search for a specific Contact and click on the Contact.
- Click on the Tasks tab.
- At the top are the following filter bubbles:
- Open - the task has not been completed by the client
- Review - the task was completed by the client and is ready for your review
- Archive - the tasks that have been completed by the client and have been stored here
- Click on the Archive tab to see the entire history of a Contact’s completed task.
- Click on a completed task to open the right sidebar that displays the conversation history.
