To create a note -
- Click on the action button at the top right of the dashboard and click Notes.
- Select a Contact and its associated Account. This way you can click on the Notes tab and see the entire history of notes that have been made for the Contact or Account.
- Click the Paperclip icon to attach a document
- Click inside the text field to start writing the Note.
The title of your Note is the first line of text in the Note.
- H1 – Largest Heading
- H2 – Medium Heading
- H3 – Smallest Heading
- “ – Quote
- Bulleted List
- Numbered List
- B – Bold
- I – Italic
- U - Underline
- Click Save.
- To Delete a Note, click the Trashcan icon.
