- If a firm employee sends you an Onboarding Task, you receive an email prompting you to sign into your account via desktop. Click Set up Account.
- This takes you to your dashboard. Click on Open Tasks.
- Click on the Onboarding Task.
- This opens a right-sidebar. Click 'Click here to Onboard your business'.
- There are a series of screens with empty fields to be filled out. Here, you can also enter any bank account or login information your accountant needs to work on your account. Click through all of the screens to populate a success message: 'Account Update Successfully'.
The task is now be removed from your Open Tasks and is in your Pending tasks for the firm to review.
