Your firm and its employees may want to set up test contacts so you are able to see what the client's view on both the desktop and the mobile app.
To do this, you must use a personal email for the primary email when creating a Contact.
To create a Contact -
- go to the Purple Action Button at the top of the dashboard
- Click Contact.
- Fill out the following fields (note: making up a contact name is best practice)
- First Name: Pam
- Last Name: Beasley
- Primary Email: your personal email
- Click Save.
