Whenever a file is shared in a message or a task, the file is stored in the file section of the Account. Files can also be manually uploaded directly to the Files tab of an account.
To manually upload a file to an Account -
1. Click on the Accounts page on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Use the search bar at the top of the list to search for a specific Account.
3. Click on the Account.
4. Click the Files tab.
5. Click Upload Files on the right-hand side of the screen.
6. Add Contact.
7. Add Tag.
8. Add Year.
9. Drag and drop the file from your desktop, or browse.
10. Click Upload.
